Weatherglass Readings, 30 November 1804–13 January 1805

From Daily Record, 1 November 1802–25 May 1826 (Massachusetts Historical Society). 

In Jefferson’s hand, on a leaf bound with the daily observation records and other notes, tables, and memoranda. 

Jefferson headed the column containing the weatherglass readings as “State of substance in the glass.” The instrument he was using for these observations has not been identified.
